Prior to founding AudioCrafty, Serena was the head of Audio for Archewell Productions, working hand in hand with Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex to create content in support of the Archewell Foundation and other endeavors. She started her career as one of the first employees of SiriusXM Pandora, growing to hold a top programming leadership position. She is credited as being a pioneer in audio content for female audiences and she led a handful of marquee channels in designing, developing and producing first-of-its-kind audio formats for brands including Cosmopolitan, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Bravo, Discovery Networks and The Today Show, among others. Her work has generated Gracie Awards from the Alliance for Women in Media, People’s Choice, iHeart Radio and NY Festivals Awards. When she joined Cadence13 in 2017, she was brought in as a leader to oversee the creation and production of a number of hit podcast brands and networks including Goop and TheSkimm. In 2020, Serena became Head of Programming for Cadence13 where she oversaw all partner podcasts, including the development, production and launch of dozens of chart-topping shows including Glennon Doyle, Brene Brown, Fly on the Wall with David Spade & Dana Carvey, Comments by Celebs, Lauren Conrad, Maria Shriver, Gretchen Rubin, Deepak Chopra, Stephen A. Smith and many other amazing voices and brands.

Webby & NAACP award-winning Creator/Producer Rich Boerner was most recently Head of Network Operations and Production at Jemele Hill’s Unbothered network, where he helped develop and produce their original slate of shows. Boerner came to the Unbothered Network after a 4-year run as SVP of Programming and Operations at Cadence 13, building brand podcasts for Girl Boss, Goop, Crooked Media, and TNT. Plus, multiple award-winning Narrative hits such as To Live and Die in LA. At Cadence13, Rich also led the creation of Los Angeles based studios and team. His digital audio resume includes multi-year runs as founding team-member and Content Director of Podcast One and National Creative Director of CBS Digital (now Audacy). Rich began his audio journey in broadcast radio at HOT 97 NYC, winning multiple awards as Creative Director at WTKS Orlando and KLSX (CBS radio) Los Angeles.
Jen Silverman is an award-winning media executive with over 15 years of experience in broadcasting and content development. Jen began her career at SiriusXM, where she rose to Executive Producer of Entertainment Programming and also served as Editorial Director for SiriusXM Stars. There, she helped shape the sound of pop culture radio — launching Entertainment Weekly Radio, producing high-profile specials, and overseeing marquee live events like San Diego Comic-Con and the ATX TV Festival. She partnered with brands including Weight Watchers and MasterClass, and collaborated with talent ranging from Senator Bill Bradley and journalist Perri Peltz to actress Kate Walsh and influencer Tinx to translate their brands into compelling audio. Jen also pioneered SiriusXM’s first digital vertical for original entertainment programming, laying the foundation for the company’s streaming future. Most recently, she brought her creative vision to Netflix, where she developed and produced the weekly flagship series Now on Netflix, overseeing content from pitch to publish.
